Following on from the work undertaken in 2022 in collaboration with the Waterways Recovery Group, the Trust’s Malswick volunteers team has maintained the momentum and made huge progress with creating the new canal channel at Malswick West.

Following on from the work undertaken in 2022 in collaboration with the Waterways Recovery Group, the Trust’s Malswick volunteers team has maintained the momentum and made huge progress with creating the new canal channel at Malswick West.

With the earthworks advanced to this stage, attention will soon turn to developing the other planned aspects of the project.

Why not join us and
help make a difference?

These include;

• more tree planting to create new areas of woodland
• developing wildlife habitats – meadow and wetland areas
• construction of a community picnic area

A great deal more needs to be done, and we would like to increase the number of volunteers working on this project.
